Since 2018, the Fundación Observatorio PyME has carried out this Project that promotes the entailment between Technical Schools and SMEs.

They are framed in Law No. 26,058, where the specific guidelines for their implementation are detailed.
INSURANCE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION
Students have Personal Accident Insurance. It is not necessary for the SME to hire an occupational risk insurance.
NO EMPLOYMENT 
RELATIONSHIP
They are part of the Curriculum Design and are mandatory to obtain the secondary degree.

We have to know what the educational and productive world offers… hence the importance of this Program, and for it to work it has to be federal. We have to make a map that links Technical Schools with SMEs, if the SMEs are left out, the adolescents are left out.
